Thank you for your interest in Rebuilding Together St. Louis’ home repair programs. We understand that your home conditions may be causing a lot of concern and could be impacting your safety and well-being.
With so many St. Louis area homeowners looking for assistance with repairs, we have established the following criteria for new applicants to Rebuilding Together St. Louis beginning in July 2025.

Are you eligible?
Rebuilding Together St. Louis is currently accepting new applications from US Military Veterans meeting the following criteria:
- You are a US Military Veteran living in a home you own in St. Louis City or St. Louis County, Missouri. AND
- You are age 60 or older. AND
- You are up to date on the mortgage and property taxes (within two years) at your home. AND
- Your household qualifies as low-income based on HUD guidelines, with an income at or below 80% of the area median income.
Rebuilding Together St. Louis may accept new applications from non-Veteran homeowners in need of home repairs in the future. Updates will be announced on this website.

Rebuilding Together St. Louis receives many applications from homeowners looking for assistance with home repairs. Applications are reviewed in the order received and there is often a lengthy wait. What you can expect:

We will periodically reach out to you to confirm that you are still in line for application review and that you want to keep your application active.

We may ask for confirmation of information such as income, household residents, necessary repairs, and more. Asking for this information does not mean that you have been approved for services.

We may ask to come visit your home to understand more about your home safety concerns. Vistiing your home does not mean that you have been approved for services.

If you are approved for services, delivery timing may depend on the availability of funding in your area.
